王凡Fan Wang

王凡是来自香港浸会大学的博士生。他与Michael B. McElroy, Chris P. NielsenMeng Gao一起研究平流层气溶胶注入(SAI)对全球气候和环境影响。SAI是目前广泛研究的可以将全球变暖遏制在1.5℃的临界值以下的一种方法,然而其对于气候、环境和生态系统的其他影响还没有得到很好的评估,使得这一策略仍有争议。王凡尝试使用CESM2模型耦合完整的大气、陆面和海洋过程,模拟整个地球系统对1991年皮纳图博火山爆发的反馈,以此来评估SAI对全球气候和环境的影响。

杨洪教授多年从事环境科学、古生态学与气候学、分子古生物学和分子有机地球化学等多学科、交叉领域的科研工作,是分子古生物学和原位单体分子同位素地球化学两个新研究领域的国际知名学者。目前在哈佛大学的科学研究聚焦于全球碳循环、主要温室气体(二氧化碳和甲烷)与气候变化的驱动力、速率、及能源转型的技术途径、生态影响和应对战略。在哈佛中国环境、能源与经济综合项目,杨洪教授同Michael B. McElroy教授及其他学者合作,撰写一本关于气候变化与中华文明的起源与发展、改革开放与能源转型、未来气候与低碳经济的著作。...

李欣艳是香港浸会大学地理系的博士研究生。她主要从事气候变化和空气污染研究。目前,李欣艳的工作聚焦于利用数值模拟技术和统计方法研究气溶胶对多种天气现象的短期和长期影响。
