 最近，哈佛法学院图书馆、东亚法律研究中心、哈佛法学院环境法协会与哈佛中国项目联合举办了Barbara Finamore的[新书Will China Save the Planet?](https://www.wiley.com/en-us/Will%20China%20Save%20the%20Planet?-p-9781509532667)的研讨会。在会上，作为自然资源保护协会（NRDC）亚洲高级战略总监和资深律师的[Barbara Finamore](https://www.nrdc.org/experts/barbara-finamore)介绍了当前中国领导全球向清洁能源转型并发展全球绿色金融体系所做的各种努力，以及在此过程中遇到的各种障碍。
