#  《纽约时报》与VICE新闻援引Nielsen总监关于中国二氧化硫和空气污染防控的观点

 [《纽约时报》](http://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/22/world/asia/fading-coal-industry-in-china-may-offer-chance-to-aid-climate.html)援引哈佛大学中国项目执行总监Chris Nielsen先生的观点，质疑中国短期内用煤量的下降趋势并不会持久，并强调中国碳排放的下降主要依赖于其放缓的经济和政策回应。

 在[《VICE》新闻](https://news.vice.com/article/despite-waging-a-war-on-pollution-chinas-air-is-still-really-filthy)的报道中，Chris Nielsen不仅指出了中国空气质量策略的良好发展趋势，也指出了其中的困难和风险，科学上所面临的挑战和不确定性远远超出人们的想象。而成功应对这些挑战极大程度上取决于攻克科学上的难关、降低经济成本、以及累积足够的政策经验。如果中国经济发展进一步放缓，也会带来一定的风险。如果中国又重新依赖基础设施投资来推动经济增长，那么空气污染和碳排放控制的进程可能会搁浅。
